THE GREEN HOUSE CAFE AND LEARNING CENTRE LEASEX REALTY INC. is pleased to announce that we have entered into a Tenant Brokerage Contract with THE GREEN HOUSE CAFE AND LEARNING CENTRE On behalf of THE GREEN HOUSE CAFE AND LEARNING CENTRE, we are looking for approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of Retail / Restaurant space close to Calgary city centre to lease. The preferred locations would be the Core, Beltline, Inglewood, Kensington or Marda Loop. There will be no actual cooking on the premises, so make up air and exhaust are not required. However food will be prepared and served, so all other restaurant and fire requirements will have to be met. Hope to have seating for approximately 75 people. THE GREEN HOUSE CAFE AND LEARNING CENTRE will be a Raw Vegan (no meat and no dairy) style restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and super daily as well asclasses teaching the Raw Vegan way of preparing food and the life style that goes with SHOWCASE CONSIGNMENT FINE QUALITY FURNITURE On behalf of SHOWCASE CONSIGNMENT FINE QUALITY FURNITURE, we are looking for two additional Calgary locations of approximately 8,000 to 12,000 sq. ft. of Retail/Warehouse space in the northeast and northwest quadrants to lease. The preferred location would be highly visible to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic with similar or complementary uses as neighbors.
