SARPOINT ENGINEERING

LEASEX REALTY INC. is pleased to announce that we have entered into a Tenant Brokerage Contract with SarPoint Engineering

On behalf of Sarpoint Engineering, we are actively looking for between 4,000 and 6,000 sq. ft. of office/ warehouse space in either central north or south east Calgary. Ideally the premises will contain six to ten private offices, a board room for eight to twelve people, a small reception area, a lunch room and about 1,500 sq. ft. of warehouse. A small fenced yard area would be a perfect plus.

PIZZA DEPOT
