Mr. Hyde has been a continuous member of the Calgary Real Estate Board for the past 35 years, the last 27 as a broker. His experience includes management of a 10 person commercial division, ownership and management of a full service brokerage house (including residential) with two offices and 25 sales people. Since joining Leasex in 1993, he has been able to work more directly with clients, assisting property owners with sales and leasing, as well as doing consulting and tenant representation. Past successes include sales and leasing of community, strip and regional shopping centres; as well as land assembly for a 30 Unit luxury condominium project and development of an automotive strip centre. Rick is a native Calgarian , married with four daughters. He enjoys the family cabin on the Shuswap, as well as fishing, hunting, skiing, golf and curling.
